We ship from many different manufacturers. If you order from multiple manufacturers, your items will be coming from different locations. To minimize freight costs, it is best to order products from the same manufacturer. You can tell if it is the same manufacturer by checking the model number. If the first 3 letters are the same they are from the same manufacturer.
When we quote your freight, we are always searching for ways to reduce freight costs. As the old saying goes, "You can‘t eat freight." One of the ways we can do this is be sending your order via a dedicated truck. Not all manufacturers have this option but it is one that we offer when available. When contacting us please let us know what your earliest and latest days for delivery are in order to get the best rate possible.
Tailgate Delivery Details
All deliveries are tailgate. This means that you will be responsible for moving your product from the tailgate of the truck to its desired location in your building. Please make sure that you have adequate personnel to unload safely. Delivery drivers do not have the ability to dispose of wrapping/packing materials. Each delivery has different methods of shipping based on the manufacturers shipping methods. We will advise you of shipping details when you place your order.
What To Check For On Your Delivery Date
When your shipment arrives, make sure to inspect all products. If there is damage, please call us at 866-473-9748 while the driver is still on-site. If this is not possible, make sure to note all damage on the bill of lading. Make sure the driver signs the BOL and get a copy from the driver. Do not let the driver leave without signing or giving you a copy of the BOL. Do not accept any excuses from the driver for not getting a signed copy of the BOL. If damage is extensive, pictures of damage may be required. When you contact us, we will get any damaged pieces replaced right away. We may ask that you fax a copy of the BOL to 307-433-1117 or that you send us some pictures.
These requests are not to inconvenience you, but to give us the necessary documentation to recover the damage costs. We will not hold up your replacement items while doing this. Replacement items will ship ASAP.
